Initial appointments are 40 minutes and a follow up consultation is 20 minutes.

We have onsite parking with access for disabled/elderly clients.

Payment is required on the day of treatment. We have a HICAPS terminal allowing direct payment via your health fund, or credit card/EFTPOS/cheque account facilities and cash.

Please bring any recent/relevant Ultrasound scans, MRI’s, X-Rays and their accompanying reports.  You do not need a doctor’s referral for a personal injury.

We do require a referral if your injury is work or motor vehicle accident related. If your injury is through an insurer, please bring in your claim number, insurance details and names of contacts. If your injury is motor vehicle accident related, it would be expected that you have completed An Injury Claim Form and The Prescribed Authority paperwork regarding your accident and lodged it with Allianz CTP SA.

We accept Medicare referrals from GPs. These can only be arranged with your GP if you qualify and all paperwork must be brought to your initial physiotherapy consult.
We do not charge a gap for Medicare visits.

Our physiotherapists are able to provide you with an attendance certificate or a Sick Leave Certificate but only for injuries related to our field of expertise such as musculoskeletal injuries and pain, and disorders from human movement.

We have an SMS reminder system so you can expect a text from us the day prior to your appointment to confirm but also to give plenty of notice if you need to change the time as we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.
